Find Duplicates

 
In this section, you will learn about Finding Duplicates.  As with most calibration and management systems, the serial number is used to identify a particular asset.  However, due to the vast number of manufacturers and models, there could be a chance where the serial number of an asset has been duplicated, which could cause potential issues further down the process.  Finding duplicates allows you to quickly and easily find serial number duplicates in your database. 
 
 
 
Finding Duplicates
 
1. Clear all filters and grouping so all assets are shown in the main view.
 
2. Click on Find Duplicates.
 
3. If any duplicated serial number is found, they will appear in the main view.
 
 
4.  Make all the necessary cell changes, then click on Refresh to display all the assets again.
