Main Screen

 
After logging into Asset Controller, the main screen will synchronise with the database servers and load the information into the main view. The layout and view can be customised, saved and restored, so the next time you open the main screen, your layout and view will be automatically loaded.

The average turnaround time based on Overview tasks

Many controls are within a dock panel allowing you to move and resize the panel to customise the layout, see Dock Panels. You can also save the dock panel layout, so the next time you open the form, the saved layout will be in restored, see Layouts.

Main View

The Main View shows data in a tabular grid view, similar to Excel.  You can search for keywords using the find panel, edit cells, resize columns, filter and group columns and customise the layout to suit.
 
You can add new columns to the main database (see Database Columns).  However, the following default columns cannot be renamed or deleted:

Indicates that the asset is currently in house and checked in.  Based on the ISCHECKOUT cell value.

User
The logged in user and pc name
The total used size of the database
Refresh Time
The time it takes to sync with the servers and refresh the database
